[December] Three weights of Anziano is featured on the CD "FontStars 2007" from FontShop. » Read more
Konstfack - University Collage of Arts Craft and Design, have asked me to do a speech on typography, taking place December 4th.
[November] A Stockholm based advertising agency - Blomquist - have asked MRF to redesign their logotype.
[October] The film "Helvetica" is shown in Stockholm, and despite the fact that the typeface itself is boring, the film is very charming and interesting.
The typeface Expansion will be featured in Computer Arts with a full page show off!
Pangea design brings the Fiffteen exhibition (celebrating 15 years of FontFont) to Stockholm. Starts October 11th. Erik Spiekermann open the exhibition. I get to meet up with Erik later on for a long and enjoyable talk. See you soon again, Erik!
[September] The first Veer-batch is done. Brasserie, Expansion and Ommegaand will be offered to the public in a bear future at www.veer.com. MRF would like to thank Göran Söderström for helping out here and there.
The Stalemate Greek-Cyrillic fiesta is making great progress. MRF and Fountain have also decided to add a CE-set, small caps and symbols for the OTF Pro upgrade.
James Trump from Moda Design have asked MRF to produce a couple of type ideas "from the drawer". MRF find it interesting and production planned to start early October.
To companies, Avisera and Wide narrow have had their graphic identity overlooked by MRF including a redesign of their logotype.
[August] The book Typosphere is released. MRF proudly managed to squeeze in some three typefaces. Offers to participate in more books are reconsidered
[July] MRF enjoys some well deserved vacation. Still some addiction related to "typoofobia" (e. g. I just have to design just a tiny bit before going to the beach...)
Meeting up with my friend Peter Bruhn in Malmö an plan for future releases with Fountain, OTF updates etc.
[June] Ta-ta-ta! The Psy-Ops collection is finally distributed through FontShop.
This good news includes some half dozen typefaces from MRF.
Both May and June have turned out to be packed with various graphic design projects.
Good as an alternative occupation, but bad for typeface development.
[May] Fellow designers Rodrigo Cavazos and Filip Blažek have been engaged to help MRF with the vast production of Stalemate Greek and Cyrillic.

[January] MRF have been asked to make a Cyrillic and Greek version for Stalemate. To begin with, for exclusive use to the Swiss company Jura (see November news).
Official: One of the custom typefaces made during autumn 2006 is done, and will be used for "Skrapan". A combination of apartments, a shopping centre and offices situated in the south of Stockholm. Ads etc will start showing during Spring 2007.
The annual magazine "Preview" have made good use of Oxtail and Anziano in there 2007 edition.
